     @ryanhoulihan pain killers, heat pads, ice cream, chocolate & ginger tea all help. If you're not comfortable taking pain killers, celery has a natural anti inflammatory I'm it. Also, put a pillow between your knees if you lie on your side.

     @ryanhoulihan I found Aleve works better than ibuprofen. I think maybe because it’s longer lasting.
