     @centerfinger @MartinDeLaToot when the game starts kicking off @obihahn will open it for submissions, you just need to sign up and prepare your list. The list is from your, or someone else's, butts but the pick must meet some level of qualification. Being notable enough to have a wikipedia entry is usually fine. Then just send your picks in by the deadline, usually Jan 1
