   Ok strange question about moving through the world as a trans woman. Help me out.

   Recently I’ve noticed that ocassionally a woman will look at me and make brief eye contact and then immediately look down.

   I’ve never noticed this before what is this? Are they clocking me? Maybe it’s not weird? Am I the weird one?

     I came to this thread to say exactly that.

     And, just so you know, I *reminded* @rooster yesterday that those pesky men do something similar when they see her. Because she's a beautiful woman. Duh.

     @rooster I've noticed this is just kinda the women version of the guy "head nod". Eye contact, brief smile, look away.
