No one will believe you if you are a literal genius IQ and mention as much, or they'll make fun of you for being a nerd, especially when you're wrong. See Vox Day. I took one when I was a kid, and I've learned from the experience that scores should not be shared with kids.

     Couldn't remember the term for this, thanks! People think it's fake (cope IMO), but how can you prove that? A smart person can dumb down their approach, but when is that decoupled from a move towards superficial content? It could also be a learned skill, and who would we logically assume more capable of learning a skill than the smartest?

Most testers are midwit intelligence and can't accurately comprehend the intelligence levels of somebody in the 150+ range. A lot of times they have to stop the tests.

Upper ends can dumb themselves down but only to an extent. There was never any hope in teaching someone like Koko the Gorilla something like platonic ideals.
