   Multiple things are driving me towards full hermit mode this morning, no single big thing just lots & lots of little things. Reliving long buried memories by looking at them through my ASD eyes is not helping. Drs messing me about with a process that should be easy is also a straw I could have done without.
   There may be breaks in service today.

     @HistoPol @weirdfolks Morning HP, they may well, but the walk is out because as the depression builds so does the agoraphobia (I know ! ) , but I may seek some comfort music when I get up.
