   @waitworry she may not actually say it but like the whole "nobody sees my real self, i need to show people my real self, i'm going into a cocoon and coming out with my hot girl avatar now" part is hard to deny... i suspected they were trans and the girl in the opening credits for most of the show, ever since Miracle never seemed to want to assume their gender irl even tho apparently they're meant to be seen as a boy in school (but with a female VA)

     @ami_angelwings yeah it becomes super blatant when they do a translation to English where they are making a point of not gendering a character
