   @Caiotekit For me, Thanksgiving is all about side dishes, so a Thanksgiving without turkey isn't a big deal to me. That said, if you want something to function like turkey, I'd go with seitan strips and maybe some broth and liquid smoke. If you just want something to carve, perhaps a nutroast?
