I can't turn off the thinking that goes on in my head. Today it was Disney World. If there's deportations and food goes up, construction goes up and there's food shortages...and then the tariffs and everything else goes up..who is gonna be able to afford to go Disney World? Disney World is the largest employer in Florida. People from other countries might be able to afford it...if they're allowed to come over. Then I drifted to concerts...who's going to be able to afford those? Doesn't anyone think about these things? This regime and it's dictates are going to affect everyone. I don't get it.

One last thought before I close down for the night, it's a thought about super heroes. It's been a dystopian day for me..as far as my thoughts go. And yeah..it would be nice if we had a super hero to get us out of this jam. But what if we are the super hero? All of us that still care about our country? What if all of us are the super hero collectively, working in our town, state doing whatever we can do to help? So maybe it's us. Maybe we're the super hero together.

I don't like to post political stuff, but three people ahead of me at the post office were MAGATS and were saying that the unmentionable was a straight shooter and one lady was from Texas and said she couldn't wait to go back because Oregon was too blue for her. 🤮 I'll be glad when she's gone.

The grandson loves ❤ the rainbow 🌈 chicken. 🥰 Now the other two want chickens.

The rainbow chicken is almost done. Just have to knit the undersection, wattle and comb. Then sew it and stuff it.

My second sweater, I have the back finished and need to do the front. It'll be a crop top also. Thinking of doing a wide sleeve..we'll see how much yarn I have as I'm using leftover over yarn and yarn that I took from taking apart a different sweater.

Last sweater. I started today. I'm seeing how my skills are at stranded knitting. I'm sure it will be a sort of hodge-podge sweater as I'm using all leftover yarn. If the stranded knitting part turns out well..I have an idea for another sweater that I would like to make and sell on my Kofi account.
