   Mastodon is more for micro-blogging like Twitter. If you want photosharing like Instagram, I suggest you use Pixelfed.

     My first impression is that it seems Mastodon hasn't been built with photography in mind. Very low res. No auto resizing, makes uploading a faff. Can't view an image full screen. This feels restrictive. How are others getting by with this I wonder? #photography
