   @polarisera I love all this, but I showed one of the boys and he said "no point in doing art now" which made me sad. And also freaked because I listen to a lot of abductee/UFO stuff and one theme that comes out of it is that if there are other beings, they have absolutely no interest in art, music, dance etc, basically any brancenof human creativity. 👽

     @polarisera Stealing human magic too. Art to me is a physical manifestation of thought, ideas, inspiration. It's alchemy. If we're no longer doing the manifesting we are being robbed of something very special.

     @Lady_Penelope It’s the same threat the photograph was to artist, they overcame. Artist today confronting AI will produce something much more. I’m sure of it. It’s bad for imitators, not real artist.

     @Lady_Penelope Ask your boys what happens when AI is trained on all this wrong AI? AI is basically stealing human art. And it never had to confront the art of itself.

     AI does nothing but something that copies and mass produces without sense or soul. It is incapable of truly creating something new, just copying.
     
     But in the end, no matter how good AI is, if an artist work has soul and passion in it, it will be much better than whatever an AI puts out

     @Morghur @Lady_Penelope Let’s not forget, all of us playing it with (and the designers of it), are using “selection bias” to only pick the best images. (Most) AI is taught by an adversarial approach what is good and what is not during each iteration. An artist is his/her own adversary.
