around nov-2019 when i was going to the gym 6 days a week, on a vegetarian diet (incl a ~daily glass of red wine), biking to work/back(~10km), I felt like i was doing great
2) no of course not. gut bacteria is an important part of health
but there's different kinds of bacteria. some will fuck you up real goodBowserNoodle ☦️ likes this. -

1) Have you ever, at any point in your life, been generally considered healthy?
2) If you answered “yes” in (1), was your body completely free of bacteria at that time?
Because if it wasn’t, then you cannot argue that the mere presence of bacteria causes disease in the body.
(And just like that, your “germ theory” went 🎈pop.)

But it *does* mean bacteria. And if your 'sources' are saying germ theory is refuted, and you're linking me to them expecting me to watch it that is what you are trying to do.
But I notice you're not saying you would eat cultured C botulinum -

If all the rooms in a hotel are filled, you can't accept more guests who walk into the lobby. It's the same thing for your normal bacteria. -

Bacteria causes disease. There are plenty of bacteria that the koch postulates actually work with.
> when you are in a diseased state you may find higher concentration of certain types of bacteria
you have it ass-backwards
Please have someone culture you some c botulinum on some fresh lettuce or something
or find someone with strep A and get a swab -

sure
> Not everyone who comes in contact with someone who has strep throat (from group A Streptococcus bacteria) gets it.
but if you draw a swab of one to the other, you can probably transfer it over unless you've had prior recent exposure -

bacteria is found all over the body, when you are in a diseased state you may find higher concentration of certain types of bacteria
swabbing strep and exposing a healthy person will do nothing

Kang (waerloga@freespeechextremist.com)'s status on Wednesday, 25-Oct-2023 15:23:32 JST Kang @jeffcliff there are bacteria all over your body. Even in your hands.
Yes the types matter but more importantly the populations and concentrations matter.
This is why humans can walk through a moldy rain forest and not have lung disease after they leave it.
Keep in mind that bacteria can excrete i. Your body and if you don’t detox that waste via immune response, sweating, throwing up our your own excrement, that build up will harm you do, much like if your house were heavily infested with rats that defecated everywhere.
But even harmful bacteria can be kept in check with proper precautions, producing no symptoms in the host.
Not everyone who comes in contact with someone who has strep throat (from group A Streptococcus bacteria) gets it.
So yeah, no germ theory, just shoddy health practices giving rise to bacteria mismanagement.
