   @bgtlover @FediFollows Yeah, the latter, they don't get followers if people don't follow them. Not a technical quirk, not Mastodon-specific, just social dynamics and arithmetic. 😊

     @FediFollows hang on, peertubers don't get follower counts up if people on mastodon follow them? or is the problem that few people are following them in general?
