In our case, while there'd be no friction if it were ever requested, there is zero interest in the inefficiency/redundancy of both of us checking the other's tasks.
If there's interest and info is being withheld, that's one thing but expecting both parties to be paying attention to ALL information on household tasks/bills/repairs/etc? Ooof, too much!
