I begin to type a post about electoral politics and grow weary before I barely hit a single letter, because...sigh, I cannot be arsed to go on again about how red or blue, Coke or Pepsi, are just chairs moving around on the Titanic and capitalists permit us to pick a spokesperson to explain their decisions to us. The world's in danger, folks. Hierarchies are destroying us. Power is the problem itself. These suits don't give a fuck about us; they eliminate any amongst them who are even capable of doing so - it's systemic. Time to get organised!

Time's running out. Me? I think horizontal media as mutual aid is crucial to us practising mutual aid on a broad scale; mass noncompliance; organising in workplaces; being part of renters unions; intersectional groups - initiatives that proactively undermine and de-legitimise the system itself while building the new world in the shell of the old. But people have to recognise the issue itself first for all that to happen; hence: media.

Even. @MediaActivist How will what we organize replace the capitalist power structure, & how will that replacement structure carry out the needed changes within a meaningful timeframe?
(I don’t doubt what you’re saying, but I’d like to know how that plan is going to work.)
