     @ryanhoulihan I am 100% pro union and would never physically cross a picket line. And i understand the concept of solidarity and what they're going for here but it's 10 days until Halloween! People plan their costumes for MONTHS! This guidance seems a bit late and i don't think anyone would fault you for being Barbie for a night.
