     @commandlinekid I have to contend with the wife constantly filling with frozen loaves of bread and half-assed meat sauce that she never ever actually uses.

     We use a bunch of stackable bins.....wife has her side for bread and non meat stuff.

     @thadius @commandlinekid yeah I know that’s the way to go. So hard to find a supplier thats genuine, consistent, and has a functional fucking web site. We had the best damned farm -> driveway meat supplier back when we lived in Melbourne about 8 years ago… good times.

     @thadius I don't really want beef all that much, it's too fucking hard to cook. A good steak that cooks easily costs a trillion dollars, and anything cheaper you're stuck between spitting out the gristle, or spitting out the fat that you can't render because you have to cook the meat so fucking delicately to avoid serving up a plank of leather.
