     There's several sign languages, but at least they have a lot in common.

     @mira I would recommend getting some classes, could maybe get it payed as part of career/work formation if that's a thing in Hungary.
     Not that it's hard to learn but I don't think you can grasp one via pure self-learning without prior knowledge of a sign language.
     
     (For me it was an High-School option like one would pick ancient greek)

     @lanodan@queer.hacktivis.me yeah i know, i was thinking of the hungarian one specifically, i think there aren't multiple of those. but i couldn't find good resources for it online yet

     @lanodan@queer.hacktivis.me i wish i had that option but the only courses i could take atm would require me to pay for them and that would mean i would have to have some money. (these options might exist tbh, it is really hard to find information about these things here, like there isn't much online about it, not many organizations dealing with disabilities, etc.)
