@SuperSnekFriend@matty then tell alex its bothering you. im not going to pester him nor am i going to spend an hour cherrypicking out his lexical changes
@ForbiddenDreamer@SuperSnekFriend@matty im running current gen android on a galaxy s23 ultra and the bug only exists in samsung internet and chromium based products (because its a chromium issue thats STILL unresolved) but the issue does NOT happen with firefox so the answer is to use firefox until its addressed I guess
@alex@matty@ForbiddenDreamer@SuperSnekFriend oh thank god samsung internet is the only accpetable way to install a WPA to use soapbox on mobile. firefox is fucking garbage as it literally just makes a browser shortcut
@graf@SuperSnekFriend@matty@alex Has anyone else mentioned their timeline no longer auto-loading new posts at the top? Around the start of the month theme change it's happening for me on both computers and any browser. If I scroll down and back up they load. Turning off the setting doesn't change anything, I still have to scroll down for the "click to show x new posts" button to appear.
@graf@matty 1. I already am using a latest fork of Desktop Friefox 2. This has to do with posting text with media when other instances are involved in a thread, not backspacing in the editor pre-post. 3. Mugica (v3.2.0-fe08f06) doesn't have this issue I'm experiencing, and Nozaki is probably not going to update soon, barring security issues. 4. I frankly shouldn't be a guinea pig on one of the largest public servers using Soapbox, for a development version of Soapbox with untested new features. Doesn't @alex use test environments anyways?
