   @mirabilos @mattl @yuvipanda @brion I thought it was an X11/XOrg bug, specially because sometimes the tooltips would also stay there halfway corrupted like an ongoing r/place, weird part is how closing firefox would put those away.

     @brion @yuvipanda @mattl @mirabilos Yeah, bug shows that, I wonder how it was for modern environments though, like I guess Windows Vista and later, and MacOS Jaguar? and later.
     And I don't remember it in Wayland but I use a tiling compositor so much harder to notice and since I got my WebKitGTK-based browser in 2019, Firefox ended up being a browser only for things like WebRTC.

     @lanodan @yuvipanda @mattl @mirabilos no it's a cross-platform bug, affected mac and windows too :D
