   @Joe_0237 For me, when I see gnome, I don't think it looks great.
   
   The only DE's that look okay to me is xfce4 and i3 personally.

     I love #gnome, i think its the best DE, but the files app leaves a lot to be desired, it copies files so so slowly when compared to the usual command line utilities, and you cant find out any information about ongoing operations, all you get is the type and progress of the operation and the base dir of the destination for transfers. Its so bad. On the other hand it looks really great.
