     ソフトウェアの評価指標にはアクセシビリティ度とかあるけど、環境配慮という指標があってもおかしくはないと思うんだよなぁ。大手企業が環境に配慮してないと機関投資家からマネーを降ろされたり、エコエネルギーファンドとかの投資商品がある時代なのにね。

     Regarding software, I recognize that energy efficiency is a useful property in software, but I'm not entirely convinced the concept can be applied so simply to the fediverse where there are few-user instances.

     even instances that implement microblogging software like Foundkey, for example (even if it has a small number of users), it's running 24 hours a day, and many VPS you rent are mainly running on oil. I haven't looked into it, but I wonder which one would have more power when mining cryptocurrencies under the same conditions.
