   @wilbr @shi Yeah, it’s a problem. Libre Computer and Olimex come to mind (though I haven’t played with their boards). Asus apparently also make some (but they’re no better in terms of ethics – pushing AI/facial recognition, etc.)

   What’s that old adage about ethical consumption and capitalism again? :)

     @shi @aral can you recommend SBCs that are somewhat drop-in replacements for raspi? Half of the benefit of companies like this is just having more of an ecosystem than whatever AliExpress hands you when you encounter issues
