     @ryanhoulihan Remembering my stint with puberty, and having two teenage kids going through it currently, I feel for you. The ups and downs and uncertainly is hard. But I also remember hope, and I see it in my kids and their peers going through puberty. It's tough, it’s ugly, but don't lose sight of the hope that this can bring. If you were of the typical puberty age, I'd offer up my typical assessment of adolescence: The best thing about middle/high school is that it ends, and so with puberty.
