@thomasfuchs I think a more and more common problem is that software teams are doing exactly that, but then assuming "we know what's best" for the people using that software. Or they end up using excessive amounts of AI to "solve" for the problem they introduced.

@gretared @thomasfuchs @danherbert Not to mention researchers, IA experts, content designers, and so on. I say take it a step further, go beyond thinking real hard, and start spending time with those people. Start bringing them into your process. You’ll get so much better at software that helps people.
