     @Brookryn Yes if I had a messenger bag big enough for a laptop or a folder of paper, that would work for me. I love my messenger bag but it's on the smaller size :P

     I am so forgetful too, always scrabbling through satchel and pockets and shopping bags etc.

     @HebrideanHecate Yes, unfortunately:( my credit+debit cards (now locked), and my driver's license. Then a few things that I did like but weren't valuable or irreplaceable (hair clip, book).
     
     It could have been a lot worse because I could have also had my transit card and work ID in there but I did not. Nor was my phone or headphones or any student assignments!!

     @HoolaHoolaNope thanks, it's only my license that is really important. My AA big book is in there lol... With my personal information in it and a plea to please return it XD I think I even offer a reward for returning it ($200 or something ridiculous lol. For $200 they need to return the whole bag!)

     @HoolaHoolaNope If only I could pay for a new book in pesos. I have $7 CAD but I have $1077 pesos (and no cards and no ID)
