@chris_e_simpson i think one of the most promising parts of it for usage is that it doesnt create a disconnect. Like alcohol you act one way while drunk, but when it wears off you see yourself divorced from what you did or said while drunk and therefore shameful etc. Same somewhat with other drugs, the memory of the time on the drug is as if you were in an altered state. But memories of time on mdma remain the same as what you expressed and felt at that time.

The "placebo concerns" section is interesting. I'd imagine that, not only would it be quite easy for the participant to know which group they are in, it would also be easy for the therapist to see whose pupils area dilated.
