I know fluoride is the safest go-to for mocking "conspiracy theorists", but seriously what is this? Read the label. >Steam distilled with minerals added. It's distilled water that they add fluoride back into for mixing with formula. It's for babies. Babies don't have teeth, or if they do there's basically zero risk of cavities at that age. It's not worth sucking all the oxygen out of other discussions, but if you're against seed oils and you aren't hating on fluoride, I don't know what to tell you.
Casually mentions mitochondrial deuterium preferences and cellular heavy water production and then moves past it without elaborating. Reminds me of me when I explain stuff to my wife.
The dentist -> neurosurgeon pipeline is pretty rare and it adds a lot of cred to what he's saying. First video I'd ever seen on the subject that didn't seem like a schizo rant.
He eventually brings it back. Around 20 minutes in he revisits mitochondrial DNA and electrochemistry. This type of stuff is very interesting. Chemistry is all systemic balance and people tend to forget that some universal rules are still true. Fluorine is too volatile of an element to put near living things by choice. Every time we try to use it we end up with issues. Sometimes the volatility serves a purpose, like rapid delivery, but generally the juice ain't worth the squeeze.
Yes it's very relatable to John Everyman 😂. But kudos to him because he gave a decent high level explanation of electrical biochemistry in like 25 minutes off the cuff. If it had been a proper lecture with prep I'm sure it would've been even better. There's too much to build on and you can't waste time trying to drag everyone along who doesn't have the baseline.
