     @Humpleupagus @devxvda Yeah. I've never met a woman IRL who was even vaguely sympathetic to this type of thing. They revel in it - it's kinda disgusting how much they seem to enjoy watching men get stabbed/burnt/etc.

     Beatings aren't necessarily the answer. There is generally a mental way of approaching situations that's difficult to describe. Every relationship dynamic is different.
     
     One thing is certain... coddling men doesn't help them to develop the mindset required to manage a woman who allows her emotions get out of hand.

     Most women won't have these problems if a man is being calm, but authoritative. The dynamic often changes for the worse once a man relinquishes control of the relationship. Women can sense any form of weakness.
