   @lunareclipse@snug.moe self hosting different fedi-servers is quite easy on the technical perspective. when stuff doesn't run, it can get stressful, especially if other people are using your instances.
   
   if the instances are small, moderation is quite manageable. the stress levels can get vastly different depending on the case you have to moderate tho

     how does the difficulty of self-hosting different fedi servers compare
     (i.e. firefish vs akkoma vs mastodon and others)
     
     mostly asking out of curiosity because I don't think I would enjoy having to deal with moderation :3
