     Debatable:

     Should special councils only be used for crimes against the state or by office holders?

     Should the direct family of a sitting #POTUS not be immune from prosecution as long as the term lasts, as it diverts major attention away from state affairs and, more importantly, can be used as a way to exert pressure on him.

     Yes, this is exactly my point. It should be a normal criminal charge.
     The GQP is, in fact, really abusing the justice system for a political witch hunt.

     Right out of the Goebbels fascist playbook: accuse the other side of what you have done or are about to do.

     @HistoPol There are definitely debatable things in this. For instance, since when does a civilian holding no political office warrant a special council? But - he does need to answer to the gun charge. @NPR
