  @bot there is something to that but a lot of a manager's job is actually trying to psychologically muscle your peers and often your superiors into doing what you want

  @bot @smartomato yes that is absolutely true. Usually there's a company mandate on how much "communication" you facilitate and it just serves to waste everyone's time and break concentration during prime hours
