     @mia @arieru there are things about the Bay that I miss but the cost of living really makes it somewhere I could never see myself moving back to even if I was making like a real tech income and not a faildaughter tech income, but pretty much anywhere I can imagine in the US feels like a compromise

     the only groups here that get any recognition are the rich tech bros
     there's a very vibrant local community - especially in terms of queers - and it always gets talked over by these fucking tech losers
     most of the people here are actual real people i swear
