@kravietz I find it so fascinating. If I had more time, I could see myself getting really deep into studying German cultural and political history and the way it all intertwines.
Germany always had an unique hodge-podge of rational and anti-rational ideologies mixed up in complex relations between them. One example is antroposophy, which significantly influenced modern “organic”, “natural”, anti-nuclear, anti-GMO etc movements and had both supporters and opponents among Nazis, depending on whether they preferred to interpret it as “Jewish/pacifist/liberal conspiracy” or as “return to Heimat”
