  @r000t @jerry In an ideal world there would be perfect network neutrality, and stalking sites would be dealt with judicially. Unfortunately we don't live in that ideal world. The "proper" solutions have proved utterly useless, and so you can hardly blame those being viciously harassed for seeking irregular solutions.
