     @addressforbots @Gieljan Worse than that: it was a coronavirus that gave everybody a really bad cold once a year, knocking 10-20 IQ points off them for a month via brain fog, thereby blunting the "too much thinking/computing" problem bringing about CASE NIGHTMARE GREEN. So, yeah, that aged really well …!

     @cstross @Gieljan out of curiosity what was your original solution to Case nightmare Green (it would be funny if it was something like a global plague wiping out enough of the population to decrease the strain on the walls of reality)

     @Gieljan I wanted to get the New Management established before I wrapped the previous story arc. And also, COVID19 killed off my original solution to CASE NIGHTMARE GREEN and I had to dream up a new series climax. (Which took a while.)
