     I was trying to point out that the MAGA folks were strongly against dictatorial measures during COVID. And before and after I didn't really see them crave any dictatorship.

     It's ok to spread HIV if you're gay. It's not in the public good to outlaw homosexuality to stop the spread a deadly disease, which 25% of homos will contract in their lifetime. Luca said so.
     
     But locking a gym owner in jail for not shutting a gym where 99.999999999% of the people will survive covid, assuming they're one of the .02% in good health who catch it, and forcing them to get treatments that cause myocardis and blood clots, is in the public good. Luca is all for it. That's how I know.

     Plus, locking someone up for committing a murder is punishing a direct harm.
     
     Locking them up for conspiracy to commit a terrorist act would require some affirmative steps towards commission before a person could be incarcerated.
     
     Locking someone up under a theory they could catch something, maybe, at some future point, and may then spread it to a theoretical person who may die, maybe, where the disease is 99.98% survivable isn't comparable to the either of the above examples. Luca is a retard.
     
     HIV is comparable though. And it is a thousand fold more contagious in the gay community. But that's OK for Luca.

     Yeah. Knowingly infecting someone with HIV was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor, but no one is ever prosecuted for it anyway.      I would argue thay both the HIV and pedo bill are disgusting.
