The #dictators tragedy is that people who live under #dictatorship (with the exception of the #Russians) wants #Liberalism and #Democracy the only solution for a Dictator is the #NorthKorean style where everyone is too hungry to rebel funny is that some that are lucky enough to live in a democracy crave a dictatorship (#MAGAs) becouse they have not idea what really mean.
Bro, you don't remember when magas were calling for people to be forced to take an experimental, non-fda approved, novel gene madulator, and for anyone who refused to be put in camps and/or have their children taken away? What a bunch of tyrants. 😒
I know you are sarcastic, so maybe my post wasn't clear:
I was trying to point out that the MAGA folks were strongly against dictatorial measures during COVID. And before and after I didn't really see them crave any dictatorship.
It's ok to spread HIV if you're gay. It's not in the public good to outlaw homosexuality to stop the spread a deadly disease, which 25% of homos will contract in their lifetime. Luca said so.
But locking a gym owner in jail for not shutting a gym where 99.999999999% of the people will survive covid, assuming they're one of the .02% in good health who catch it, and forcing them to get treatments that cause myocardis and blood clots, is in the public good. Luca is all for it. That's how I know.
He's very logical and consistent with his concept of "the public good."
Plus, locking someone up for committing a murder is punishing a direct harm.
Locking them up for conspiracy to commit a terrorist act would require some affirmative steps towards commission before a person could be incarcerated.
Locking someone up under a theory they could catch something, maybe, at some future point, and may then spread it to a theoretical person who may die, maybe, where the disease is 99.98% survivable isn't comparable to the either of the above examples. Luca is a retard.
HIV is comparable though. And it is a thousand fold more contagious in the gay community. But that's OK for Luca.
I only know him for passing laws in California that decriminalize having sex with someone knowing you are HIV positive and not informing your partner and for taking people 18-24 years old off the sex offender register so long as the minor they diddled was post pubescent. I think 14.
Yeah. Knowingly infecting someone with HIV was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor, but no one is ever prosecuted for it anyway. Gays can pozz anyone they want at will without repercussion here. But they'd throw you in jail for violating a covid lockdown order. It's all in the "public good" I'm sure. The government said "public good" after they beat me for not wearing a mask.
The pedophile bill is a little more complex. Here's an article.
It may not be deadly, but it's a shit life. I guess quality of life doesn't matter. If your alive, there's no felony. Maming people is ok in California.
@Humpleupagus@Silverwolf@chiamaluca@useless_idiot HIV isn't deadly anymore, it just makes you a permanent slave to big pharma. They've seemingly cured it in a could faggots who had full body bone marrow transplants as well but that's fuckin insanely intensive
But if they know, they shouldn't be making the contact. I know knives can harm people, so I'm very careful not to make contact with people when I'm holding one.
I am one of those people who never say "I'm not contagious" and I stay home when I'm sick. I've been doing this since long before covid.
Since covid, I have seen so many npc, vaxxtard coughing and saying "I'm not contagious anymore." The logic of these fucks boggles my mind. They really don't give a fuck about anyone other than themselves. It's always been about them.
I would argue thay both the HIV and pedo bill are disgusting. Making it so you get a slap on the wrist for purposefully infecting someone with a virus that completely destroys their life and shortens their lifespan is utterly disgusting. The pedo bill is still appalling even though it isn't as cut and dry as some people made it. All of it is disgusting and the people who passed them should be dragged into the street, pelted with green tomatoes, and then ran out of town.
@Humpleupagus@Silverwolf@chiamaluca@useless_idiot@dassauerkraut Unvaxxed, never had covid as far as I know. Last time I got a cold I wore a mask to the store when going to buy a test for it. How often do you see people wearing masks now? My sister works a customer-facing job and I think she has had it three times so far.
