   @abhijith Oooh. That is a very good point. It's going to be abused if the majority, or a certain group, already have a powerful influence in the society. And the voting system will only end up being abused, and probably a more powerful way for oppression and discrimination.

   That said, I realised, if a person can have more than one number and/or account, then it's also going to be a major problem in such a public voting system.

There are so many examples where criminals got away by manipulating the emotions and politics of the jury. Thankfully India got rid of that system in favor of bench trials around the 60s. Now, we are facing a new challenge in which the fascist party has infiltrated the legal system and judges are forced to make verdicts in favor of them. Need to see how we can ensure neutrality in bench trials under this circumstance.
