     I get more grief here than email.

     Of course much of this is responding to what is said on the show.

     People are a lot more calm, honest and thoughtful in personal comms like email because it isn't a public forum.

     Not singling out NAS, but all forms of "social networking"

     The worst part is all the dm's.

     The @GrapheneOS account even dm'd me on twitter to appeal to me to "remove" you.

     WTF? This instance belongs to all of No Agenda Nation, not me.

     @adam @eriner @GrapheneOS remove the physical owner of the server from administering the server. It's a bold strategy that's for sure.

     @adam personally, I think it works fine. Censorious and unstable people are the snake eating it’s own tail; eventually they wall themselves off and destroy themselves. The rest of us are fine, we just have to wait it out. I only closed off regs because I was/am concerned the mentally ill person of late would register accounts and do illegal shit to say “look, they’re bad!” despite their capitulation that NAS, despite the freezepeach policies, is non-toxic.

     @eriner Maybe we just accept that any kind of "social networking" through electronic means just doesn't work with humans outside their family structure?

     Nuclear family size instances seems like the only way out

     Email has more value for me these days than NAS or any other socnet.

     Concisely: Email and private WhatsApp and Signal groups, which are intentionally small.
