     If you've not been mentioned, you won't get any notifications anyway.

     If you are following someone and you want to hide their boosts, you can do this too:

     I'd like it if I could mute conversations I haven't been mentioned in too. Those are the ones I find more irritating. Esp'ly when they involve one of the super boosters whose content I often want to see but is currently boosting a whole thread of stuff I don't want to see ...

     @feditips one caveat is the mute convo option is only avail from one of *your* toots.

     It can be one of their toots if you haven't posted in the thead. If you can't see the option in Home, try looking at the same post in Notifications.

     @feditips Right. It's just some of the boosts I'd like to hide, not all of them. And that doesn't seem to be possible currently.
