     Do you guys remember the typewriters that has a small lcd strip that could hold a sentence or two? You could edit the sentences and then hit type.

     Well, funny you say that, because that ribbon is at least 10 years old. The original ribbon from 1952 was still on it when I bought it and could still make faint, but legible letters. Supposedly you can re-ink them, but they last so long and are so cheap its a case of "Why bother?".

     Lol, it's a mechanical travel typewriter. I bought it when I thought I was gonna go live in a van, travel the western hemisphere, and write. It takes seconds to pull off the shelf and feed it a page.
