Christmas Man (christmas_man@thebag.social)'s status on Thursday, 24-Aug-2023 11:53:33 JST Christmas Man Well, funny you say that, because that ribbon is at least 10 years old. The original ribbon from 1952 was still on it when I bought it and could still make faint, but legible letters. Supposedly you can re-ink them, but they last so long and are so cheap its a case of "Why bother?". -

Christmas Man (christmas_man@thebag.social)'s status on Thursday, 24-Aug-2023 11:53:34 JST Christmas Man Lol, it's a mechanical travel typewriter. I bought it when I thought I was gonna go live in a van, travel the western hemisphere, and write. It takes seconds to pull off the shelf and feed it a page.
