   Jogging done! (Hanayo edition)
   
   God this sucks, I have negative stamina now, asthma not helping. But it's a start. Did around an hour jogging on and off. And I'll need a water bottle
   
   Any water bottle good for jogging? Any good supplement with no garbage to put in the water?

     I've been trying to not do water while running, I try to hydrate before hand but I do electrolytes in my water and add extra salt and nu-salt.

     @coolboymew a lot of people like those backpacks with the tubes or whatever
     I personally run in circles or back and forth and leave my water by the start
     
     I don't add anything to water but salt could be good, just eat or drink sugar before and after running

     Yeah that is, especially if there is heat. I love camelbacks and those sorts of things, I hate carrying water bottles.

     Only in the beginning or with occasional use does it give you the munchies.
     
     This is why body builders use weed before their workout. It helps them burn fat and push themselves harder.

     @s @coolboymew so far pretty much all of my doctors have agreed that there is a noticeable improvement in my health since starting weed. I also no longer need to consume amphetamines every day which is good.
