   @threalist think about this for a second. Poland wants helicopters. The US gov gives Poland $12B to purchase helicopters. Poland then uses the money to buy said helicopters. Who do they give the money too? Boeing. This is not $12B spent on Poland. It's a $12B kickback scheme for Boeing. The money never leaves the country.
