     @opphunter88 I just found out that at the beginning of the month he up and suddenly left the matrix chat the two of us were in without a word. I have no idea why he would do that. I think I am being abandoned again

I know he was involved with Hussy at one point, when I heard that detail from him I had to hide my concern cause Hussy is weird

     Online social bonds are something of a crucible. There are a few people on here that I've been in contact with since around 2017. A couple more from when the kiwifarms people showed up on fedi. For the small group of people that's stood the test of time there are dozens and dozens from across those years that have come and gone. It's fun as long as you don't allow yourself to get too deeply attached to online people too quickly. It seems like you have codependency issues. That's something you should definitely work on overcoming.

     People get too sentimental about their e-friends. Over the course of my time on the Internet I think I've been involved in like a dozen different disparate communities of people that I interacted with on a daily basis for months/years and then never talked to again after moving on.

     I had a childhood friend whose house I went over to practically every day from middle school until around sophomore year of high school. We were neighbors and our parents actually installed a gate between our fences so we could go between our houses easier. I haven't so much as seen a picture of the guy in over a decade now, he's a ghost.

     I'm a little glad for my sake that she didn't, because I'm a sucker for a broken woman and her problems would become my stresses, but it also goes to show that she doesn't actually want these social connections she's supposedly upset about, she just wants pity.
