     @NEETzsche @MaleGoddess @morgthorak It prohibits state funding for any University that implements mandatory DEI and/or LGBTQPTBBQ instruction or training and/or forces students to participate in it. It also requires every University receiving public funding to make a sworn statement that they are not running programs of this nature and if the particular person making that sworn statement is lying, they will personally face criminal charges.
     
     All in all, a good law.

     @caekislove @MaleGoddess @morgthorak Make a law that codifies beneficiaries of DEI/affirmative action, as a category, as less qualified than non-beneficiaries, as a category, for the purpose of Texas antidiscrimination law. Yes, Cletus with his no experience or formal education is more qualified than the Yale shanequa with 20yrs of fake experience.
     
     To protect remote employees, if either the company or the employer is in Texas it applies to the Texas jurisdiction.
