   The Texas Gulf Coast has "Turn Around, Don't Drown" shoved into people's heads every hurricane season and during every heavy storm event.
   And people still ignore it.

     DEATH VALLEY has already had a year's worth of rain and #HurricaneHilary's eye is barely reaching land.

     there's been one death already reported in Baja California.

     whatever you do, DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH A FLOOD.
