        Une recette de clarification de la graisse de bœuf (suet) présentée par Boris (un neurologue qui fait de la cuisine 😁) qui est simple, pas chère et surtout… SANTÉ ! Une neuro-recette ? Pourquoi pas ?!! Vous nous demandez régulièrement de vous donner des idées de recette et d’utilisation des graisses animales… Après notre vidéo sur le ghee, nous vous proposons de vous montrer comment faire sa graisse de bœuf maison. On vous propose 2 manières de clarifier en fonction de votre matériel (la manière minimaliste sans équipement et la manière rapide avec hachoir). On aborde aussi les différents types de graisses (sous-cutanée, panne, suet, suif, etc) d’un point de vue santé (température de cuisson, composition, bienfaits). Bref, tout un programme kéto et santé ! Le suet peut devenir, comme le ghee, la base de toute votre cuisine. C’est également un puissant atout du régime cétogène ! Le suet est résistant aux fortes températures de cuisson : c'est à peu près la seule graisse qui ne brûle pas (et donc ne s'oxyde pas) lorsque l'on fait revenir une viande à feu vif (par exemple). Il contient par ailleurs des acides gras très utiles.       @kaia @thor i can recommend an air fryer. like in general. for fries it is good enough to put a few spoons of oil into the fries and make sure to distribute it well.

      sure they are not as awesome as oil fried ones but it is 1000000000000000000000000000times cheaper
