     @thomasfuchs @grumpygamer Yeah, but they're all way too large. Like, I'm a size 9, but they don't even start selling socks under 38 in Germany !!! 😜

     @thomasfuchs @grumpygamer they also have bathroom sinks where you can hand wash like 3 pairs of socks at a time. But then you have to stay here long enough for them to dry. #ZakMcKracken would probably use a hairdryer, and catch the hotel on fire.

     @thomasfuchs @uliwitness @grumpygamer I am not sure I understand how the argument goes, as shoe sizes clearly are not metric, so in what way are they an argument against the metric system?
