The problem over here is that everyone has a legal fiction attached to their SS #, which have been augmented into bureau-gathered datalist-for-sale about anything anyone does within the 50 states.
In other words, it's questionable for government to track everything you do without a warrant, but perfectly lawful to privately contract a corporation to do it.
