If you haven't gotten much hands-on with Linux or another Unixlike OS, then it may be worth $450 to have guided hands-on. If you already have hands-on experience, then no. If you are able to self-teach / follow tutorials, you can learn all that and more for free or much smaller fees.-

Tbh it probably is for me, but also I haven't done anything like hosting servers or a social media instance. -
