   お昼ごはんはお好み焼き。カツオブシを切らしてしまったんだけど、サキイカを生地に練り込んだので旨みたっぷりに仕上がりました。

     @EllenInEdmonton So sorry not eating Okonomiyaki! If you are trying more, I guess to add some fish powder to the flour.

     I MISS #okonomiyaki
     I first tried them here in #YEG, Edmonton, Alberta, then #HCMC, #ViệtNam and I ate them every chance I could when I visited #Japan in 2018 and 2019. Nowhere makes them in YEG any more. I've tried making my own but they kind of fail.
